AZIZI FLORENCE is a major new master-planned residential destination in Sharjah, designed around spacious family homes, expansive landscaping and a highly amenitized community environment. The development is planned across approximately 30 million sq. ft., making it one of the larger new residential communities entering the Sharjah market. Current pre-launch material indicates around 10,702 planned homes distributed across six residential clusters.

Approximately 25% of the community is planned as green space, anchored by an impressive 1.7 million sq. ft. central park. The masterplan also includes extensive landscaped areas, walking routes and approximately 11.5 km of cycling and jogging tracks, creating a community designed around healthier and more active everyday living.
The wider community is planned with more than 85 lifestyle amenities, while current marketing material references up to 108 amenities across the development. These are expected to include multiple clubhouses, swimming pools, fitness facilities, sports areas, children's play zones, landscaped parks, recreational spaces and community-focused social facilities. Around 12 clubhouses are also planned across the residential clusters.
The landscaping concept is substantial in scale, with current project material referencing more than 160,000 trees and plants throughout the development. This strengthens the project's positioning as a green, family-oriented residential destination rather than simply a collection of individual villas and townhouses.
From a location perspective, AZIZI FLORENCE benefits from connectivity toward both Sharjah and Dubai through the wider E311 / Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road corridor. Current marketing material positions Sharjah International Airport at approximately 10 minutes from the community, while Downtown Dubai is marketed at approximately 22 minutes, depending on traffic and route conditions.
