Job Details
A small but well-established Free Zone company in JLT is looking for an Executive Secretary/ Administration Assistant.
The ideal candidate should be able to provide clerical and administrative support effectively and must have excellent written and
spoken English communication skills.
Knowledge of DMCC company and visa procedures would be an advantage.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
*Handling renewal registration documents for both local and international companies, updating and tracking the same.
*Handling all DMCC matters, including company employment visas and health insurance for staff, Directors, and their family.
*Making travel bookings from time to time for Directors, family, and domestic staff.
*Handling petty cash, issuing cheques, and making online payments for company business.
*Providing basic IT support/troubleshooting and being familiar with MS Office.
*Addressing tenants' queries, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments with service providers and tenants.
*Keeping soft copies, print records, and filing methodically.
*Maintaining the database of service providers and recording the contents of invoices & receipts.
*Purchasing stationery, office supplies, and medicines online.
* Listing for online ads when required.
*Maintaining an Excel sheet of Service charges for the company’s units, tracking the same, and making payments timely.
Once selected, basic training will be provided by existing staff.
Salary range is approx. 5k commensurate with experience.
