Business Development Executive – Corporate Services
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment: Full-Time | Field-Based B2B Sales
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to acquire new SME and Enterprise clients across Abu Dhabi.
This is a field-focused sales role for someone who is comfortable approaching companies, arranging meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating with decision-makers and closing B2B contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential SME and Enterprise clients.
* Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
* Present Our Corporate Services, including company setup, licensing, PRO & government services, visa services, corporate administration and related business solutions.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Prepare opportunities, coordinate proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
* Build and manage an active sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
* Develop long-term relationships, referrals and corporate partnerships.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the UAE.
* Experience in Corporate Services, Business Setup, PRO Services, Professional Services or B2B Consultancy is strongly preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Confident in meeting senior decision-makers and generating new business independently.
* Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
* UAE driving licence and ability to attend client meetings across Abu Dhabi are preferred.
* Existing business network in Abu Dhabi is a strong advantage.
Compensation
Competitive Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Commission
Commission is earned based on collected service fees from successfully closed contracts, excluding government and third-party fees.
