Assistant Admin / Shipping Coordinator

Position: Assistant Admin / Shipping Coordinator
๐ Location: Dubai, UAE
๐ Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate local and international shipments (air, sea, and land freight).
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, AWB, and customs documents.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain records and filing of shipping and administrative documents.
Support office administration and daily operational activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding logistics and shipment requirements.
Prepare reports and update shipment trackers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in administration and logistics/shipping coordination.
Knowledge of shipping documents and import/export procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience in UAE logistics operations is preferred.
