β Proven experience in Banking / DSA / Financial Sales / Automotive Sales
β Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team
β Strong leadership and communication skills
β Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
β Ability to train, motivate and manage sales executives
β Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
β Energetic, ambitious and highly target-oriented
β UAE sales experience is an advantage
β UAE Driving License is an advantage

πΉ Lead and manage the showroom sales team
πΉ Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
πΉ Monitor individual and team performance
πΉ Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
πΉ Train and develop sales executives
πΉ Follow up on leads and improve conversion rates
πΉ Build strong customer relationships
πΉ Coordinate effectively with finance/banking channels
πΉ Develop strategies to increase showroom sales
πΉ Prepare and monitor sales performance reports
