✔ Credit Cards
✔ Personal Loans
✔ Financial Product Sales
✔ Automotive Sales
If you already understand bank processes, customer financing, loan documentation and sales targets, your experience can be a great advantage in our automotive sales environment.
👤 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✔ Proven experience in Banking / DSA / Financial Sales / Automotive Sales
✔ Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
✔ Ability to train, motivate and manage sales executives
✔ Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
✔ Energetic, ambitious and highly target-oriented
✔ UAE sales experience is an advantage
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage

🔹 Lead and manage the showroom sales team
🔹 Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
🔹 Monitor individual and team performance
🔹 Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
🔹 Train and develop sales executives
🔹 Follow up on leads and improve conversion rates
🔹 Build strong customer relationships
🔹 Coordinate effectively with finance/banking channels
🔹 Develop strategies to increase showroom sales
🔹 Prepare and monitor sales performance reports
🔹 Maintain a professional and high-performing sales environment
