Sales - Steel Trading / Outdoor B2B Sales (Sajjah, Sharjah)
Noor Deira Steel Trading L.L.C is a Dubai-based steel trading company supplying steel pipes, tubes, structural sections, sheets, coils, and rebar to contractors, fabricators, and industrial buyers across the UAE and GCC. We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Sajjah, Sharjah branch to actively develop new customers and grow B2B sales in Sharjah, Ajman, and the Northern Emirates.
This is a hunter role we need someone proactive and hungry for sales who will go out, find customers, and close deals. This is NOT an order-taking or desk-based position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New business development:
• Make daily cold calls to steel traders, contractors, fabricators, and construction companies
• Visit potential customers at their sites, introduce our product range, and build relationships from scratch
• Identify and convert new B2B accounts through prospecting, cold outreach, and referrals
• Develop and maintain a growing pipeline of active prospects and opportunities
Sales execution:
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow through to confirmed purchase orders
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular visits, check-ins, and reliable service
• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team on receivables
Order coordination:
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Track orders from quotation to delivery and resolve any issues shortages, delays, quality concerns
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate invoicing and payment collection
Market intelligence:
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer demand in the steel sector
• Report weekly on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to management
• Identify opportunities for new product lines or services based on what customers are asking for
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in steel, building materials, or industrial trading in the UAE
• Knowledge of steel products — pipes, tubes, structural sections, sheets, coils, rebar
• Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and convert new customers independently
• Strong negotiation skills — able to handle pricing discussions, objections, and close deals
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle (daily site visits required)
• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• Hindi language skills required
• Based in or willing to commute to Sajjah, Sharjah
Nice-to-have:
• Existing customer network in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, or RAK — contractors, fabricators, steel buyers
• Arabic language skills
• Experience with Odoo ERP or any CRM system
• Knowledge of steel specifications, grades, and common industry terminology
• Experience with government or semi-government project tenders

• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturday as needed)
• Start date: Immediate / within 2 weeks
• Reports to: Sales Manager / Commercial Manager
