Sales Executive – Catering & Events
Danial Restaurant & Buffet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our catering and events business. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting potential clients, promoting our catering services, securing event bookings, and increasing restaurant revenue through corporate and private partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new catering and event sales opportunities.
- Visit companies, offices, and organizations to promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and catering packages.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Promote restaurant events, private functions, and group reservations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to ensure successful event execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, catering, or business development.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
