From My Perspective

What I like about The Waterway is mainly the combination of the Meydan Horizon location, waterfront setting, Japanese-inspired design and proximity to Downtown Dubai.
Being close to Crystal Lagoons and Ras Al Khor also gives the project a different feel compared to many residential options around central Dubai.
For investment, I would look at the purchase price, unit size, floor, view, service charges and expected rental demand before deciding which unit makes the most sense.
For end users, the spacious layouts, open views and range of amenities make it a good option for someone looking for a modern home in a quieter setting while staying close to Downtown.
