Late Check-out:

A refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 is required upon arrival.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment — an AED 2,000 penalty applies for violations.

Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

No Parties or Loud Noise:
Oxford Gardens is a family-friendly community. Please avoid loud music or gatherings, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

Registered Guests Only:
The apartment is reserved for the number of guests listed in your booking. Kindly inform us in advance if you expect visitors. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Parking:
Secure parking is available within the building premises. Please use designated parking spaces and follow building guidelines.

Housekeeping:
The studio will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee — please notify us beforehand.
