Let me tell you a bit about the house:

The house is located in Jumeirah 3, close to Al Safa Park. Less than 10 mins driving to Business Bay / Downtown. You can walk to Jumeirah beach in less than 15 mins or it takes less than 5 mins.
- The house is generously spacious and well kept. There is a cozy living area with smart TV & entertainment.
- Beautiful massive kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice warm meal.
- Dining area to enjoy your cooked meals and catchup on some convos with your home fellows.
- A lovely cute garden to slow down and enjoy the present moment.

Let me tell you about the room:

- The room is spacious, bright and furnished with love!
- A queen size bed 160 X 200 cm with comfortable mattress to relax and enjoy a good night sleep.
- A working desk in case you need to work from home and feel productive.
- A big wardrobe with enough drawers and hangers for your cloths.
- Common bathroom with only one person.
- You also have your own AC controller to always have control over the temperature the way you like it.
The WIFI is pretty fast 800 MB and we have distributed the routers in a way to ensure the best possible internet coverage for everyone. The house gets thoroughly cleaned twice a week to keep it tidy and zen. Parking spaces are available. The price includes all the bills.

The Flatmates and House Vibe:

There's a mix of nationalities and everyone’s friendly/open minded. Privacy is always respected. Overall the vibe is quiet, relaxing, and homey.
