Hey! I have a 4-bedroom apartment right on the beautiful Abu Dhabi Corniche, first row, directly behind WTC Mall. It’s a super quiet, perfectly clean home. My selective nature ensures the peaceful atmosphere you'd love. I'm not a broker, just a respectful roommate looking for someone cool to join us. Currently, there are only 3 of us plus you.
I have 2 a non-master bedroom available for rent for ONE person only per room. You'll only share the bathroom with the person in the other empty room.
Your Vibe & Room:
• Fully IKEA'd: Super clean room fully furnished by IKEA.
• The Apartment: Always very quiet and immaculately clean.
Our Chill House Rules:
• A Sanctuary: To keep our peaceful vibe, we don't have visitors.
• Light Chef Only: We barely cook, so we don't like heavy cooking smells. If you're a light chef, we'll be best friends!

أهلاً! عندي شقة ٤ غرف على كورنيش أبوظبي مباشرة، أول صف خلف WTC مول. البيت هادي جداً ونظيف جداً طول الوقت. وأنا شخص انتقائي جداً في اختيار الناس اللي بتيجي تسكن معانا علشان نحافظ على الهدوء والروقان ده. أنا مش سمسار، أنا مجرد شخص رايق وبدور على حد رايق يسكن معانا. إحنا حالياً الشقة فيها ٣ أفراد غيرك.عندي غرفتين مش ماستر فاضيين للإيجار لشخص واحد بس بكل غرفه. الحمام هيكون مشترك بين الغرفتين الفاضيين دول بس.
تفاصيل الغرفة والبيت:
• فرش ايكيا الأصلي: الغرفة مفروشة بالكامل من ايكيا، نظيفة جداً تفتح النفس.
• جو الشقة: هادي جداً وطول الوقت نظيف.
شروطنا اللطيفة:
• الخصوصية: الزيارات ممنوعة علشان بنعتبر البيت مكان للراحة والفصلان من دوشة الحياة.
• الشيفات الهادية: إحنا تقريباً مش بنطبخ أصلاً! فبلاش الطبيخ التقيل علشان الروايح ما تدايقش حد. لو طبيخك خفيف زينا، أهلاً بيك!
لو إنت شخص هادي، نظيف، وبترجع من الشغل عايز مكان مريح ورايق تنام فيه وتفصل.. تواصل معايا وعرفني بنفسك!
