RENT PAYMENT TERMS:
Monthly rent is 5,500 AED.
(if sharing with max 1 other person , rent will be 7,000 AED per month. Both should be employed).
Deposit is 1,500 (1,000 applied to last month rent when given 1 month notice to move out. 500 refundable net of incidents)
Rent is paid in advance, due by second last day of month for the following month, via bank transfer.
