This is a private room in a shared apartment. You would be sharing the apartment with just me (apartment owner) and my 5 year old rescue dog, so must be okay with her!

Light and airy, spacious room to rent in low rise building in Dubai Marina. Close to metro and tram stations. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Room has;
- own private bathroom (not attached, just opposite)
- attached balcony
- two large double wardrobes
- 3 drawer chest + mirror
- comfortable double bed + new bedding

Apartment has:
- fully fitted kitchen for everything you’d need
- comfy sofa
- International TV including all the UK channels/movies/series
- another balcony off living space

Building has:
- Rooftop swimming pool
- sauna
- gym (small but enough for a workout and always empty!)

I am British and in my 40s. I work from home but travel a lot (the dog goes to kennels during this time). Looking for someone chilled, not a party house!

Includes all bills and cleaner once a week.
