TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This quotation is based on accommodation for up to 750 persons for a period of 12 months.
2. The standard rental rate is AED 370 per person per month.
3. A special rate of AED 350 per person per month is offered for full-year payment by one cheque.
4. The security deposit shall be 5% of the applicable annual rental value.
5. The commission shall be 5% of the applicable annual rental value.
6. The maximum proposed occupancy is 750 persons, subject to room allocation and applicable authority requirements.
7. Final room allocation and handover arrangements shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
8. This quotation is subject to availability and final confirmation.
9. The final tenancy agreement shall include the mutually agreed payment schedule, terms, and conditions.
