Full-time | Office-based
Stayfinity is a growing holiday home management company in Dubai. We are looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Manager with experience in short-term rentals or hospitality to join our team in Motor City.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage guest communication before, during and after their stay.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and other service providers to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
• Manage the onboarding of new apartments, including inspections, setup, inventory checks and coordination with suppliers.
• Monitor apartment standards and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Keep accurate records and ensure clear communication across the team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Previous experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals or hotel operations.
• Strong guest communication and complaint-handling skills.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several priorities independently.
• A practical approach to solving problems and strong attention to detail.
• Strong spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with property management systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
