Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and professional Female Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions, supporting members in achieving their fitness goals, and maintaining an exceptional client experience through motivation, education, and personalized coaching.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions.
Assess clients’ fitness levels, goals, and health conditions.
Design personalized workout and wellness programs.
Provide guidance on exercise techniques, posture, and injury prevention.
Motivate and support clients to achieve consistent results.
Track client progress and maintain accurate records.
Promote memberships, packages, and additional fitness services.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of training areas and equipment.
Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention.
Support gym operations and participate in fitness events or promotions when required.
Requirements
Certified Personal Trainer qualification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs, EMS certification, or equivalent).
Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to motivate clients of different fitness levels.
CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
Knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices is preferred.
Preferred Skills
EMS Training experience (preferred if applicable).
Sales and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
