About the role
Lunar Rails, based in JLT, Dubai, is looking for a PGA-qualified golf professional to deliver one-to-one
coaching to our team one day per week.
Sessions run in our office on a Foresight Sports Falcon golf simulator. Participants range from complete
beginners to regular players, and the programme is a staff wellbeing benefit, so the focus is on
enjoyable, measurable improvement rather than competition preparation.
Responsibilities
• Deliver back-to-back one-to-one lessons (30 minutes each) for around 5 regular participants on
the coaching day.
• Assess each participant at the start and set simple, personal goals (e.g. ball striking, consistency,
swing path, clubface control).
• Use simulator data to track and show each participant's progress over time.
• Adapt coaching to all levels, from first-time players to experienced golfers.
• Keep sessions safe and orderly in a compact space where only one person swings at a time.
• Share a short monthly progress summary per participant with our HR/Admin team.
• Agree any schedule changes with Admin at least 48 hours in advance.
Requirements
• PGA Professional membership (PGA of GB&I, PGA of America, PGA of Australia or equivalent) in
good standing.
• At least 3 years of coaching experience, ideally including adult beginners and corporate or club
groups.
• Hands-on experience coaching with launch monitors or simulators (Foresight, Trackman or
similar).
• Legally able to take on part-time or freelance work in the UAE, e.g. a valid freelance permit, a
MOHRE part-time permit, or written permission from your current employer.
• Able to invoice as a freelancer or through your own company.
• Clear, patient communicator; professional and discreet in an office environment.
• Based in Dubai with reliable availability on the coaching day for at least 3 months.
