Responsibilities:
Act as the sales representative of the shop by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and actively driving sales.
Perform bicycle servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and assembly.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues across different types of bicycles.
Manage customer communications, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system and process customer transactions.
Monitor stock and inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and prepare purchase orders as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop and shop environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a bicycle technician/sales is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Good knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair procedures.
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE driving License is a plus.
