We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard / Watchman to protect the premises, people, and property of the organisation. Reporting to the Security Supervisor or Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will control access, patrol the site, and respond to incidents, acting as the visible deterrent and first line of response for anything that threatens safety or security.
The core of the role is access control and site protection. The Security Guard monitors entrances, gates, and reception points, checks identification, passes, and authorisations for staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles, and logs all entries and exits accurately. Unauthorised persons are politely but firmly refused entry, and suspicious people, vehicles, or packages are reported without delay. Keys, access cards, and gate controls are handled strictly according to procedure.
