Job Title: Receptionist / Call Center Sales Representative (Arabic & English Speaker)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Call Center Sales Representative to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries generated through Google and other marketing channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, qualifying potential clients by gathering relevant information, and directing enquiries to the appropriate department, including Sales and Education.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Qualify leads by collecting customer information and understanding their requirements.
Accurately route enquiries to the Sales or Education department.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support administrative and sales coordination activities as required.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
Preferred Candidates
Egyptian and Algerian nationals are preferred.
Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Call Center, Telemarketing, Front Desk, or Sales Support roles is an advantage.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, provided they possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
