Studio Receptionist & Booking Coordinator
Location: Al Quoz 3, Dubai
Full-Time

Cliff Studio is looking for a Receptionist & Booking Coordinator with strong communication and organizational skills to join our growing creative team.

Responsibilities:
* Converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings
* Managing and responding professionally to Instagram, WhatsApp, email TikTok, and phone calls/messages
* Welcoming and assisting clients at the studio
* Managing the studio booking calendar and client reservations
* Following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships
* Coordinating schedules with photographers and studio staff
* Tracking customer payments and booking status in an organized manner
* Assisting with invoicing and basic administrative tasks
* Supporting daily studio operations
* Maintaining fast response times and professional communication

Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good English communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Professional, responsible, and able to multitask
* Familiar with social media platforms and online communication
* Ability to manage bookings, client follow-ups, and basic admin tasks
* Positive attitude and professional appearance
* Preferably based in Dubai or without transportation issues

Bonus Skills:
* Experience in photography studios, fashion, beauty, or creative industries
* Sales or booking experience
* Interest in content creation and social media

Salary:
AED 4,000 – 5,000 + performance bonus
