We are looking for Experienced Front Desk Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team Leadership & Scheduling: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule front desk agents, receptionists, or concierge staff. Run daily shift briefings and evaluate performance.
• Guest & Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile visitors, resolve escalated complaints, and handle special requests.
• Operations & Administration: Manage membership registration workflows, call routing, and appointment scheduling.
• System & Software Proficiency: Operate and maintain management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Inter-Departmental Coordination: Communicate service availability, VIP arrivals, and maintenance or housekeeping needs with other departments.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Track occupancy rates, generate performance reports, monitor front office expenses, and contribute to budget planning.
• Safety & Policy Enforcement: Enforce security protocols, verify visitor identification, and ensure compliance with local regulations (such as tourism or guest registration laws).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 or more years of experience in guest services, front desk operations, or a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera), office software suites, and multi-line phone systems.
