Greet members and visitors warmly and check them in
Answer questions about memberships, classes, facilities, and pricing
Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating when needed
Give tours of the facility to prospective members
Front Desk Operations
Answer phone calls, emails, and social media or WhatsApp inquiries
Manage class bookings, personal training appointments, and schedules
Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and freezes or cancellations
Handle payments, issue receipts, and reconcile the cash register at end of shift
Maintain accurate member records in the gym management system
