SECRETARY— JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an organised and proactive Secretary to support the Admin and Management, coordinate with the production team, and prepare quotations and professional PowerPoint presentations. A young, dynamic, single and good in written and spoken English, Degree Holder and can handle to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to the Admin &
management .
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with the CEO and production team, ensuring accurate pricing and details.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, and company projects.
• Coordinate with the production team on job requirements, schedules, and progress updates.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and project requirements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, presentations, correspondence, and production documents.
• Handle confidential company and management information with discretion.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience preparing quotations and professional presentations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
