We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and create a strong first impression for visitors, clients, and staff. Reporting to the Office Manager or Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be the face and voice of the organisation, handling front-of-house operations with efficiency and genuine courtesy.
The core of the role is visitor and reception management. The Front Desk Executive greets visitors, clients, and job candidates warmly, verifies appointments, and notifies the relevant staff member of arrivals promptly. Visitor badges, sign-in procedures, and security protocols are followed consistently, and guests are made comfortable while waiting, whether in a lobby, meeting room, or reception area.
