We are seeking a warm, professional Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will manage arrivals and departures, handle guest enquiries, and ensure that every interaction at the front desk reflects the standards of the property.

The core of the role is the guest journey from arrival to departure. This includes welcoming guests on arrival, completing check-in formalities, verifying identification and registration details, allocating rooms according to preference and availability, and issuing keys with a clear explanation of hotel facilities. At departure, the receptionist prepares and settles accounts accurately, processes payments by cash, card, or company account, and closes out the folio without error. Throughout the stay, the receptionist responds to questions and requests — restaurant reservations, transport, local recommendations, wake-up calls, late check-out — coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance to resolve them promptly.
