We are looking for a Sales Coordinator
Reporting to : Sales & Marketing Manager
Purpose : To coordinate between various departments and provide support in all Sales Activities to Sales Manager.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up day to day communications and coordinate between customers, sales & operations.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager for registration and pre-approvals.
- Maintain log of prequalification and registration in coordination with Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with customers, Sales Manager and other sources to gather and consolidate information with regards to tenders and awards.
- Follow up quotations sent, and provide feedback on weekly basis or as needed and discussing opportunities with Sales Manager.
- Interact with customers for Business Development.
- Follow up tenders and submittals submitted to clients.
- Follow up with operations for technical submittals.
- Produce / prepare weekly sales report and submit to Sales Manager.
- Create weekly sales and tender reports.
- Prepare quotations to Customers for tenders and projects.
- Follow up with customers and finance department for payment and collections.
- Ensure effective internal or interdepartmental communications.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations.
Minimum Qualification:
- Knowledge of English Language
- Have a Bachelor Degree from a recognized university or institution
- Good computer skills
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the related industry
