SATILIFE Building Materials L.L.C. is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Dealer Sales Coordinator to manage and support our retail shop customers.

The role mainly involves visiting building-material retail shops, delivering samples, responding to product and stock enquiries, providing quotations, confirming customer collection or delivery arrangements, and collecting payments.

Key Responsibilities
Visit existing retail shop and dealer customers regularly.
Deliver product samples, colour cards, catalogues and promotional materials.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications and prices.
Prepare and send quotations according to the company’s approved price list.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders and pending requirements.
Confirm whether customers will collect goods from the warehouse or require delivery.
Coordinate customer collection and delivery arrangements with the warehouse and delivery team.
Collect cash, cheques or other approved payments from customers and submit them according to company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, orders and collections.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and report customer feedback to management.
Perform other related duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Must hold a valid UAE driving licence.
Must be below 40 years old.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Able to communicate professionally with retail shop customers.
Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills.
Responsible, organised, honest and able to work independently.
Previous experience in building materials, furniture materials, hardware, flooring or a related industry is an advantage.
Suitable Candidate

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys visiting customers, handling daily sales enquiries, delivering samples, coordinating orders and collecting payments. This is not a purely office-based position, and regular customer visits are required.
