Riwa is a growing brand looking for a warm, organised, and motivated female sales coordinator to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers — managing incoming sales messages, coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and making sure every customer has a great experience from purchase to doorstep.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Handle sales conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs
• Answer customer enquiries and close sales
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure orders go out correctly
• Track deliveries and follow up if anything is delayed
• Call customers individually to collect feedback and check satisfaction
• Escalate any issues quickly and professionally
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Female candidate working from home
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls for work
• Organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once
• Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
COMPENSATION:
• AED 1,500 per month (fixed)
• 5% commission on all WhatsApp sales you close
• Flexible part-time hours
