Sales Executive – Children’s Books & Learning Products
About the Role

We are a growing UAE-based online business focused on children’s books, activity books, learning products, creative items, and family-focused activities.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can help grow sales, build customer relationships, and create awareness among parents, families, nurseries, schools, libraries, and kids’ activity providers.

Role Overview

This is mainly a sales role with a focus on children’s books and learning products.

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking to customers, following up on leads, recommending suitable books or products, and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for children’s books, activity books, learning products, and gift bundles
Handle WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and customer enquiries
Recommend books and learning products based on children’s age and interest
Follow up with customers, abandoned carts, and repeat buyers
Build relationships with parents, nurseries, schools, libraries, activity centers, and family-focused businesses
Call and visit potential partners/customers to introduce our products and offers
Promote offers, bundles, reading packs, and learning products
Identify opportunities for bulk orders, birthday gifts, school/nursery orders, and events
Support stalls, pop-ups, and customer awareness activities
Connect with family-focused businesses for discount coupons and cross-promotions
Maintain a simple sales pipeline and follow-up tracker
Preferred Candidate
Strong sales and follow-up skills
Experience in books, toys, kids’ products, learning products, education, retail, or family services preferred
Comfortable speaking with parents and businesses
Good communication skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp selling
Interest in children’s books and learning products
UAE experience preferred
Own visa / freelance visa preferred
Compensation

Fixed monthly remuneration

3-5% commission on confirmed and collected sales
