Propshah Real Estate is looking for a at least 3 Sales Coordinators to support our growing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling daily coordination tasks, supporting agents, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
Manage CRM, client records, and property listings
Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers
Assist with documents, contracts, and follow-ups
Schedule meetings and property viewings
Prepare basic reports and admin support.
Requirements
6+ months experience in admin, sales support, or customer service preferred
Good communication and organization skills
Basic CRM and MS Office knowledge
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Real estate experience is an advantage
Own valid residency visa preferred
