Part Time Asia Business Development Executive
Love Music Global is hiring a part time Business Development Executive to work early morning Dubai hours, focused on Asia markets.
The role is ideal for someone confident, organised and sharp on the phone, who can contact brands, agencies, venues and partners across Asia while they are active during their working day.
Working hours:
6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Dubai time
Monday to Friday
Role responsibilities:
Call prospects across Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Australia
Set up meetings with brands, agencies, venues and potential partners
Follow up with warm leads and previous conversations
Send short, professional emails and WhatsApp follow ups
Update the CRM or tracker daily
Build a pipeline of qualified meetings for the senior team
Support live music, entertainment and brand partnership campaigns
Ideal candidate:
Strong phone confidence
Clear spoken English
Experience in sales, appointment setting, telesales, media, events, advertising or sponsorships
Comfortable calling senior decision makers
Organised and consistent with follow ups
Able to work independently without needing constant chasing
Existing Asia brand, agency or events contacts would be a bonus
Compensation:
Part time monthly salary plus performance bonus
Commission available for meetings that convert into paid deals

This includes arena screen advertising, VIP experiences, hospitality, activations and brand integrations across global markets.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency leads
Book daily calls and meetings with marketing decision makers
Pitch live music advertising and partnership packages
Prepare proposals and follow up consistently
Close brand deals across UAE, Asia and global tour opportunities
Work closely with the founder and internal team on priority campaigns
Requirements:
Strong sales experience in Dubai or GCC
Confident speaking to brands and agencies
Able to work fast and hit weekly targets
Strong written and spoken English
Existing brand or agency contacts preferred
Experience in media, events, sponsorships or advertising is a strong advantage
Compensation:
Basic salary plus commission
High growth role with direct access to major entertainment campaigns
