Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Drive and grow e-commerce performance across the online platforms of key UAE modern trade accounts.
• Lead online sales growth through effective assortment management, pricing execution, and promotional activations.
• Ensure full product listing coverage across all platforms with accurate and optimized content (titles, images, descriptions, pricing, and SEO optimization).
• Monitor stock availability closely to ensure high in-stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Execute online promotional plans in alignment with trade marketing calendars and account strategies.
• Maintain strong working relationships with online category managers and account buyers to maximize visibility and commercial opportunities.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and digital shelf performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with each platform’s operational requirements, including listing standards, content updates, and promotional execution.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights covering sales, availability, promotions, and account performance.
• Support launch and activation of new SKUs across all e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or modern trade (FMCG).
• Strong understanding of UAE retail e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
