We are a fast-scaling energy & insulation company operating across the UK, with established office in Dubai. Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our sales floor and looking for driven, money-motivated individuals who thrive in a high-volume call environment.
This is not a laid-back role. This is for people who want to earn, compete, and win.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Making high-volume outbound calls to UK homeowners
• Booking qualified appointments for insulation/energy-saving measures
• Handling objections and maintaining strong call control
• Hitting and exceeding daily KPIs and targets
• Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales floor

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous telesales / call centre experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (clear English is essential)
• Resilient, competitive, and money-driven mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• People who want high earnings, not average pay
