We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Promote and sell products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus
