WE ARE HIRING – HEAVY VEHICLE TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Heavy Vehicle Transportation Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily transportation and heavy vehicle operations.
Arrange and hire heavy vehicles and equipment as per project requirements.
Handle client communications and maintain strong business relationships.
Follow up on quotations, LPOs, invoices and outstanding payments.
Coordinate vehicle mobilization, deployment and scheduling.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth execution of transport services.
Requirements:
Experience in the UAE transportation or heavy equipment rental industry.
Strong client-handling, negotiation and coordination skills.
Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE market.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to generate business and manage operations independently.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
