Job Details
ABOUT US

We supply architectural metal and stainless steel products — metal façade, decorative cladding, stainless steel signage and interior metal fit-out materials — to contractors, subcontractors, developers and fit-out companies across the UAE.
Our clients are repeat clients. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with before, and from the projects they move on to next. That is why this role exists.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

You sell, and then you stay with the client until the material is on site.
Most companies split this into two jobs: one person wins the order, someone else chases production, delivery and paperwork, and a third person handles the complaints. We do not. The person the client trusts at quotation stage is the same person they call when a panel arrives with the wrong finish.
So this is roughly: 40% selling, 35% order follow-up and coordination, 25% relationship maintenance and after-sales. If you only want the first 40%, this is not the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Selling
1. Look after the clients we already have. Regular contact, visits, and a clear view of what each one has coming up.
2. Bring in new clients in the construction sector — contractors, fit-out companies, developers, metal and façade subcontractors. Arrange the first meeting, then the second.
3. Take enquiries properly: what product, what quantity, what finish, what deadline, who approves. An enquiry taken badly costs us the order two weeks later.
4. Prepare quotations with our technical team and follow them to a clear yes or no.
Order follow-up (this is half the job)
5. Own every order from confirmation to delivery: drawing and submittal approval, sample approval, production status, delivery scheduling, site access, documents.
6. Keep the client informed before they have to ask. If a delivery date moves, they hear it from you first, with a new date attached.
7. Coordinate internally with production, warehouse, logistics and accounts so the client gets one answer, not four.
8. Keep records that are actually usable: order status, approval dates, promised dates, open issues, payment status. In our system, not in your head.

Relationship Maintenance
9. Visit clients and sites on a rhythm — not only when there is an order to chase. Sites are where you learn about the next phase before it is tendered.
10. Handle problems yourself: wrong finish, short delivery, damage in transit, a complaint from a site engineer. You are the person who answers, and the person who closes it.
11. Follow up on payments with the same discipline as deliveries.
12. Feed back what you hear — pricing pressure, competitor activity, product issues — to the team, weekly, briefly, in writing.

WHAT A NORMAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

* [2–3] days a week out of the office: client offices and site visits, arranged in advance around your order follow-ups.
* No evening client entertaining. No weekend client meetings. If an exhibition or industry event falls on a weekend, it is agreed in advance and time is given back.
· You will not be asked to "just go and knock on doors" all day. We work from a client list and a project pipeline, not from cold streets.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

1. Working experience in the UAE construction or building materials sector — contractor, supplier, trading, fit-out or manufacturer side all count.
2. Experience in order follow-up, coordination or project handling, not only selling. You have chased a delivery, a submittal or an approval before, and you know how many things can go wrong between "order confirmed" and "material on site".
3. English for daily work. Arabic for client conversations — verbal is what matters most, written can be improved on the job.
4. Comfortable going to sites and client offices, and comfortable on the phone. This is not a desk-only role.
5. Organised. You can hold [15–25] live orders and not drop one.
6. Diploma or above. Relevant industry experience counts for more than the certificate.

Advantage, not required:
* Stainless steel, architectural metal, façade or cladding product knowledge.
* Experience with fit-out companies, façade subcontractors or metal workshops.
* Hindi, Urdu or Malayalam.
· UAE driving licence. If you do not have one, we provide a driver for site visits — say so in your application and it will not count against you.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

* Your main experience is digital marketing, social media, content, AI tools or online advertising. This is physical products, live sites and paperwork.
* You want to sell and then hand the client over to someone else. Follow-up is the job.
* You want to be in the office every day and never visit a site.
· You prefer to escalate problems rather than close them.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

* Employment visa and sponsorship.
* An existing client base to work with from week one, and a named list of live projects.
* Full support from our sales and technical team — you are not alone on specifications.
* Product training on stainless steel and architectural metal, including site sessions.
* A vehicle for client and site visits.
* Clear reporting lines and a defined handover when you join.
* Growth within the company as the client base and the team expand.
Salary and all other terms are discussed in person with shortlisted candidates.

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

Days 1–15: product training, sit with the technical team, visit [3–4] live sites, meet every existing client on the list with a colleague.

Days 16–45: take over [5–8] accounts with support, run the order follow-up on live orders under supervision.

Days 46–90: full ownership of your accounts and orders. First review of how you are doing.

We would rather train the right person properly for three months than have them guessing in week two.

HOW TO APPLY

Send:
1. Your CV.
2. A short note (half a page is enough) covering:
* The construction or building materials experience you have, and which products.
* One order or project you followed from confirmation to delivery. What it was, what went wrong, how you handled it.
* One client you kept through a problem. What the problem was and what you did.
* Your Arabic and English level, honestly.
1. Visa status, notice period, and whether you hold a UAE driving licence.
No long cover letter. The note above is what we read first, and it is the reason we will call you.
