Hiring: Filipino Sales Lady – Optical Retail (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: AED 3,500–4,500 per month

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Filipino Sales Lady with experience in an optical retail store.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of optical retail experience.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of optical frames, ophthalmic lenses, lens coatings, progressive lenses, contact lenses, and sunglasses.
* Excellent sales, upselling, and cross-selling skills.
* Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
* Basic computer/POS knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and sunglasses.
* Explain lens options and product benefits.
* Achieve sales targets through effective selling.
* Handle billing, inventory, and showroom presentation.
* Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
