Assistant Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
Supervise, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or in a similar retail leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
