Sales Executive (Target-Based Structure)

We are looking for a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is an opportunity for someone who is confident, energetic, and thrives on achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate understands that earnings are performance-driven, with a competitive salary and incentives linked to results.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new sales and convert leads into paying customers.
* Upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Follow up with inquiries and close sales efficiently.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

* Proven sales experience with strong closing skills.
* Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
* Charismatic, confident, and excellent at communicating with clients.
* Strong upselling and negotiation skills.
* Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms for business.
* Arabic speaking is highly preferred (English is required).
* Well-presented, professional, and proactive.
* Experience in photography, events, luxury services, or hospitality is an advantage.
