We specialize in providing a handpicked selection of high-quality premium vehicles to a discerning local and international clientele. Known for our commitment to excellence, transparency, and top-tier customer service, we are expanding our team and looking for a driven, high-performing Sales Executive to join our showroom.
Your Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership. Your primary goal will be to turn showroom visitors and online leads into proud car owners, managing the entire sales cycle from initial greeting to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management: Greet showroom walk-ins, respond to online/phone inquiries (from Dubizzle, social media, etc.), and proactively follow up on leads.
Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs, present suitable vehicles, and conduct professional test drives.
Deal Closing & Upselling: Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and promote additional services (add-ons, financing options, insurance, and warranty packages).
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Excellence: Ensure all vehicles on display are presented immaculately and that the CRM system is kept up to date.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven car sales experience, ideally within the Dubai/UAE automotive market.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Optional: an ylanguage
Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Personality: Highly motivated, well-presented, confident, and passionate about cars.
