We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative / Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and maintain excellent store presentation while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Receive, arrange, label, and replenish merchandise.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Support promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
