Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Alterations & Brand Lead to oversee all alteration operations while managing relationships with key luxury brand partners. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership and client-facing responsibility, ensuring that all alteration work is executed to the highest standards, on time, and in line with brand expectations.

You will take ownership of workflow management, quality control, and client communication, while also supporting broader operational needs and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the end-to-end alterations process, from intake to final delivery
Ensure all alteration work is completed on time and meets the highest quality standards
Perform fittings, pinning, and provide technical guidance on complex alterations when required
Act as the primary point of contact for luxury brand partners, maintaining strong and professional relationships
Manage expectations, timelines, and communications with clients
Monitor daily workflow, allocate tasks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively
Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all alteration work
Maintain accurate records of client requirements, measurements, and job tracking
Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
Support and mentor junior team members where applicable
Take on additional operational and ad hoc responsibilities as required
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a retail luxury fashion environment
Hands-on experience in tailoring and garment alterations, including fittings and pinning
Strong understanding of garment construction and alteration techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict turnaround deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional demeanour aligned with luxury brand standards
Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining composure and service excellence
