Responsibilities
• Actively approach, greet, and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Listen to customer needs, identify appropriate mobile devices and accessories, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell related items (e.g., chargers, phone cases, screen protectors).
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process cash and card payments accurately, and issue receipts.
• Stock shelves, arrange visual merchandising, keep the kiosk or showroom clean, and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Stay up to date with the latest smartphone models, gadgets, tech trends, and brand specs.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on retail sales experience, particularly in mobile phones or electronic accessories.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and often a secondary language (such as Arabic or Hindi, depending on your local market).
• Strong basic knowledge of smartphones, operating systems (iOS/Android), and electronic compatibility.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work comfortably in a mall kiosk or retail floor environment.
• Proactively work to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
