Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized person to work as a Sales Staff for a local brand footwear based in Dubai and to provide customer care service for the online e-commerce store.
Job Responsibilities – Sales Staff
> Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, delivering a premium in-store experience.
> Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear products based on style, fit, and preferences.
> Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, product lines, materials, and current collections.
> Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
> Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism both in-store and online
> Ensure proper fitting assistance and provide styling advice to customers.
> Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
> Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
> Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries, tagging, and replenishing inventory both in-store and online.
> Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items to the supervisor.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
> Stay updated on promotions, sales campaigns, and new product launches.
> Support in-store and online e-commerce operations such as opening and closing procedures.
> Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
> Uphold the brand’s image, values, and high standards of customer service at all times.
> Assist accounts in issuing sales orders and sales invoices
Requirements:
* College Graduate or Equivalent
* Proven experience in the role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Advance English written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
* With 2-5 Years UAE Experience
