Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Monitor property listings, sales performance, and market trends.
Support agents in closing deals and negotiating contracts.
Manage leads, follow up with clients, and ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
