Bufaisal is UAE's largest used goods market, operating since 2009 with 5 showrooms in Ajman.
We are hiring a Retail Sales Manager to run one showroom and a team of around 35 people. Your first goal: build a sales system that works in that showroom. Once proven, you roll it out to all 5 showrooms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead a team of around 35 sales staff and helpers
- Set daily routines, sales processes, and standards
- Hit monthly showroom sales targets
- Train staff on customer handling and closing
- Track performance and report results
- Roll out the proven system across all showrooms
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Fluent English, Arabic, and Urdu (all three required)
- Proven record managing large teams and hitting targets
- Living in or willing to relocate to Ajman
PACKAGE
- Salary: AED 5,000 - 8,000 per month
- Monthly bonus based on showroom targets
- Visa provided
SCHEDULE: 12pm - 10pm with breaks, 6 days a week
START DATE: Within 30 - 60 days
