Your Role
As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will guide clients throughout their project journey—from the first inquiry to after-sales support.
You will build trust, keep customers informed, coordinate with our internal teams, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Your success will be reflected in satisfied customers, well-managed accounts, and lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
Build strong client relationships with developers, contractors, designers, architects, and private customers.
Keep projects moving by following up on quotations, confirming next steps, and coordinating delivery and installation updates.
Deliver a premium customer experience through prompt responses, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
Resolve concerns proactively, working with the relevant teams and keeping clients informed until issues are addressed.
Help clients choose suitable solutions through showroom presentations, product consultations, and coordination with technical specialists.
Support repeat business by staying connected with existing customers and understanding their upcoming projects.
Maintain accurate CRM records, including client information, project progress, follow-up actions, and opportunities.
Share useful customer insights and reports with the sales team and management.
Represent Importa at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in customer relations, account management, sales support, or customer service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with different types of clients.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-up habits.
Confidence managing multiple accounts and project priorities.
A practical approach to problem-solving and ownership of customer requests.
Experience using CRM systems.
A willingness to learn technical products and explain their benefits clearly.
Fluent spoken and written English. Arabic, Russian, or other language skills are an advantage.
Experience in doors, interior fit-out, construction, furniture, real estate, or architectural products is preferred.
