Indoor Sales Executive

We are a well established LED lighting company based in UAE, providing quality LED lighting solutions to customers across the all the emirates. With a growing customer base and strong market presence, we are looking for a confident and motivated Indoor Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.

Follow up on sales enquiries and convert them into orders.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and outdoor sales team.

Maintain proper sales records, invoices, and customer information.

Provide customers with basic product information and guidance on LED lighting products.

Requirements

Previous experience in Indoor Sales / Counter Sales is preferred.

Home country sales experience will also be considered.

Experience and knowledge of LED lighting products will be a strong advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Should be hardworking, confident, and target-oriented.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and invoicing systems.

Tally knowledge and experience is mandatory.

Indian candidates preferred, especially candidates from Kerala.

Hindi – Preferred
